Clean hotel, PARTICULARLY HELPFUL staff, good and magnificent location very near to commercial area. Impeccably clean room plus for double beds left. Modern facilities there. Location close to the center and rail links.

The location of the venue is central and conveniently close to rail links, public transport, a shopping mall, and a monorail station. the apartment offers a nice view, which I had requested in advance.

The staff was extremely helpful, as for 5-star hotel. the location was excellent and ideal, close to many shopping areas.

I had a great experience at Anggun! the apartment was beautifully furnished with a full glass wall that let in lots of light. the bed was super comfy and the isolation from street noise was decent. the facilities were excellent, especially the nice pool and gym. I also loved being able to get on the roof and enjoy the great view of the city. The staff, especially the lady, were very helpful. Cons: Nothing all good! ☺️.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was very near to a train station and within walking distance of several shopping malls. It was so convenient to explore the city from there. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had a nice view. The fact that they had kitchen facilities was a bonus, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if they wanted to.

There was only one minor issue during my stay, but overall everything was great.
